You gotta worry about them separately. It's 2 different ordeals
Unless if your trying to lose weight that's a little harder becuase your eating less becuase of calories

It's better and easier to just eat a balanced diet and do exercise. You can have pizza 3 nights a week if you balance it with exercise

So quite literally at no point during this video, did you even address how to make meal prepping less boring. You kinda explained how to make it more efficient, but it is boring af. This video just reinforced that idea
I think she means how to make eating the same thing again and again less boring, rather than how to make the act of meal prep less boring.
The idea is to use the same meal prepped meat in 2 different meals so it feels like your eating different things 😊

I’m literally doing 75 pounds rn I can go heavier but then I don’t feel it as much in my glutes 😭
The key to feeling it in your glutes at heavy, medium or light weights during hip thrust is to actually focus on mind muscle connection. Meaning "contract your glutes to move the weight" when you’re at the bottom … rather than just moving the weight if that makes any sense. Setup hip thrust at whatever weight. Think mind muscle connection only. Don’t think about the barbell - simply think about contracting your glutes at the bottom position. As you think about and actually ‘contract your glutes,’ the barbell will automatically rise. When your glutes fully contract, the barbell will naturally be at the top.
I go to Europe on Rick Steves Tours (a few times). They focus more on historical sites, and local culture experience. Also, no sickness there.
